Drumcode boss Adam Beyer will play alongside fellow Swedish DJ Eric Prydz at London's cavernous O2 Academy Brixton on Saturday April 2nd.
Beyer will take over deck duties at the gigantic concert venue, following the worldwide unveiling of Eric Prydz' new EPIC show (Eric Prydz In Concert). It will be the first time the duo have performed together following their famous stage pairing at the 10th anniversary of Serbia's EXIT festival in 2009.
"Ever since Eric and I played back-to-back at EXIT, we’ve been looking for the right opportunity to play together at the right major event," said Adam Beyer, about the hotly anticipated night.
"After our Ewer St warehouse events went down so well, London was the logical city and Brixton Academy the obvious venue. It's great that we're able to make it happen on this special night, at the premiere of Eric's new EPIC show."
Organisers said over 60% of the allocated tickets had already been sold before they announced the techno giant as a special guest. The event is now expected to sell out.
Of his set, Adam Beyer said, "I’m looking forward to bringing my own sound to that huge room for this one-off party. I'll be closing, so after Eric’s set we’ll be turning down the lights and carrying on till the early hours.”
